Shipping Policy
Jiayu Electronics ships terminal wires and wire harnesses worldwide from Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
1. Incoterms
- FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou: our standard export term — these are the nearest international ports to our factory.
- EXW (Ex Works): available on request.
- Other terms (CIF, DDP) can be discussed per order.
2. Samples Shipping
- Samples are shipped by international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar).
- Shipping cost is quoted per destination; we can use your courier account if preferred.
3. Bulk Orders
- Sea freight (LCL or FCL) for large orders; air freight for urgent orders.
- We pack all goods with export-standard packaging (cartons, palletizing on request).
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched.
4. Lead Time
- Production: 5-10 working days after order confirmation (standard products).
- Transit time depends on destination and shipping method; we advise on the best option per order.
5. Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are agreed in advance.
