Warranty & Returns

Jiayu Electronics is committed to quality: every production batch is 100% continuity-tested and inspected before shipment.

1. Quality Inspection

100% electrical continuity testing on all crimped wires.
Visual inspection (crimping quality, housing assembly, wire marking).
Batch records are traceable through our MES system.

2. Warranty

We warrant that products conform to the approved sample, drawing and specification at the time of shipment.
Manufacturing defects found within 30 days of receipt are replaced free of charge, including shipping for the replacement.

3. Claims Procedure

Contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue, with order number, photos and/or video of the defect.
Defective items may be returned for inspection; a replacement or credit is issued after confirmation.

4. Non-Warranty Cases

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or use outside the specified ratings.
Custom-made products that were manufactured exactly to the customer-approved drawing or sample.
Normal wear of consumable components.

5. Returns

Custom-manufactured products are generally not returnable unless defective, as they are made to your specification. Standard products may be returned within 14 days in original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
