Terms & Conditions

These terms govern quotations and orders placed with Dongguan Jiayu Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Jiayu”) for custom terminal wires, wire harnesses and related products.

1. Quotations

Quotations are based on the specifications, drawings and quantities provided at the time of quoting.
Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
All quotations are subject to confirmation after final drawing/spec approval.

2. Samples

Sample production takes 2-3 working days for standard products; custom samples are scheduled per project.
Sample charges are quoted separately and may be credited against the first production order, as agreed in writing.

3. Orders & MOQ

Our standard MOQ is flexible, from 3,000 pcs for standard products; small orders are accepted for evaluation.
Pre-cut and stripped wire products accept flexible small orders.
Custom products are manufactured strictly to the approved drawing and sample.

4. Production & Delivery

Bulk production lead time is 5-10 working days after order confirmation; standard pre-cut items 3-5 working days.
Delivery dates are estimates based on current production capacity and raw material availability.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per order (typically T/T). Goods are released after payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customer drawings, designs and specifications are treated as confidential and used solely to fulfil the customer’s order.
Product designs, tooling and process know-how owned by Jiayu remain Jiayu’s property.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
