检测设备与手段 Testing & Inspection
检测手段按端子线的真实工序配置——来料、制程、成品三段，够用、可核验，不摆用不上的实验室仪器（验厂时可逐台看到）：
- 线束综合测试仪：成品 100% 全检——导通、短路、错线；绝缘/耐压按客户图纸要求测试。
- 端子压接拉力测试仪：压接强度抽检，端子压得实不实，一拉就知道。
- 温控浸锡炉：上锡温度受控 + 上锡外观抽检。
- CCD 视觉检测（1号机）：双头 GH1.25 产线在线检测。
- 外观与尺寸检验：成品外观 100% 目视全检，尺寸用卡尺/千分尺抽检。
Inspection is built around the real terminal-wire process — incoming, in-process and final — not a showroom lab, and you can see every station during a factory visit: a wire harness tester for 100% continuity, short-circuit and mis-wire checks on every piece (insulation and withstand-voltage testing per customer drawing), a crimp pull-force tester for sampling, a temperature-controlled tinning pot with tin-dip appearance checks, CCD vision inspection on Machine 1, and 100% visual inspection plus caliper/micrometer dimensional sampling before shipment.

所有线材均采用UL认证规格（UL1007 / UL1015 / UL1571 / UL2651 / UL3239 / UL2468），采购自认证供应商；端子与胶壳均为RoHS合规材料，可提供第三方检测报告。每批次出货前100%导通测试。
